in the process, we will learn about our food, the natural world, and what it means to be an entrepreneur- and have fun doing it.

our story
Happy Chicken Farms started as the entrepreneurial brainchild of Rania Caberwal, who got a flock of chickens for her 7th birthday. Over the ensuing six months, she learned many lessons: chickens don’t like to be cooped up, there is an actual pecking order for birds, and chickens come home to roost on their own each night, She also found that happy birds who eat well and have room to roam make truly delicious eggs.
Because she comes from a family of entrepreneurs, she soon hatched an idea- if she started her own business, she could create quite a nest egg. In the process, she hopes to learn more about the food we eat, the wonders of the natural world, and the value of working hard while doing something you love.

Our Eggs
At Happy Chicken Farms, we believe “you are what you eat.” That’s why we do everything possible to make sure our eggs aren’t just eggs, but little vessels of love.
Each egg is the byproduct of not just a happy hen, but a dedicated, daily routine of care, training, and love that goes towards each bird. Unlike the chickens at a mass production farm, each of our hens has not just a name, but a good life.
